His idea: to pool the best loops, one shots and sounds he collected over the years to form an authentic and extensive library. The focus within is on percussive elements, not melodies, on dirty and raw bits of atmosphere and noise. Most samples intentionally have been shaped in incoherent lengths and volumes; they’ve been recorded in different rooms and different qualities – to make things a bit more adventurous and let accidents add the extra twists that are just not calculable. Voici le deuxième volet de notre pack d'échantillons Werkzeug, cette fois assemblé par Rampa. Son idée : rassembler les meilleures boucles, one-shots et sons collectés au fil des ans pour constituer une bibliothèque authentique et complète. L'accent est mis sur les éléments percussifs, et non sur les mélodies, mais sur des ambiances et des bruits bruts et crasseux. La plupart des échantillons ont été volontairement façonnés avec des longueurs et des volumes incohérents ; ils ont été enregistrés dans des salles et avec des qualités différentes, pour rendre le tout plus audacieux et laisser les accidents ajouter des rebondissements incalculables.
